Become a Member of NAPKA

To become a member of the NAPKA, you need to complete 3 simple steps:

1)	Complete and Send the Membership Form
2)	Pay the Membership Dues of $40 USD Using PayPal as a One Time Payment or an Annually Recurring Payment or Send check or money order, made out to NAPKA to: NAPKA P.O. Box 1358 Westport, WA  98595
3)	Fillout, print and sign the Waiver Form Send the Waiver Form and a Passport like Photo via email to: membership@napka.org or Send the Waiver Form and a Passport like Photo via snail mail to: NAPKA P.O. Box 1358 Westport, WA  98595

Once the Membership Dues, Waiver Form and Photo have been received,
we will activate your membership.
